Shipping Time: Orders from Dharmik Jewels are typically processed and shipped generally within 48 hours of placing the order. Sometimes it may take 3-7 days if we face out of stock.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are mention in the last stage of checkout and differs from place to place.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details through WhatsApp, email, or SMS once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, It’s important to note that the unpacking video of 360 degree is must to return and it can be returned only if the item is damaged. Refunds will be processed after a thorough check of the returned items.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.
Replacement & Exchange: Customers cannot request replacements or exchanges.
Return Process: Initiate a return request to our mail id care@dharmikjewels.com, our Customer Support team will further guide you. Please be available for the reverse pick-up, and ensure that you answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, requiring the process to be re-initiated.
Shipping Costs for Returns: While most pin codes are both forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, only forward service may be available. In such instances, customers may be asked to return the product via an alternate courier service, and reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs. 200) will be reimbursed. Any charges exceeding Rs. 200 will be adjusted against the customer’s refund.
Empty Parcel or Missing Product: If you receive an empty parcel or discover a missing product, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may require a 360-degree unpacking video for further processing. Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may impact the validity of your claim, and the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
